Appointment Registration to Self-Schedule
We kindly request that you securely input your credit or debit card information to have it on file for your appointment. If you have provided us with your full insurance information, our billing department will verify your eligibility with your insurance. For in-network insurance, the charges will be processed in advance based on your benefits. However, if you do not have insurance, your insurance is out of network, does not cover our services, or if you haven’t provided us with your complete insurance information, you will be charged the self-pay or out of network of $289 for the initial appointment and $159 for follow-up appointments.

Prior to your appointment, our billing department will reach out to your insurance company to verify your eligibility, provided you have provided us with your complete insurance information. We have availability for new appointments typically within 4 days. When you go to schedule, you will have an online calendar to self-schedule your appointment. Simply provide us with some basic information about you, such as your name, and you are well on your way to an appointment!
Once you have scheduled your appointment and completed the online intake form, a secure Zoom video appointment link will be sent to your email. When it's time for your appointment, find a comfortable location and simply log in using the provided Zoom link. During your visit, your psychiatric provider will attentively listen to your specific concerns and work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that supports your well-being and helps you thrive.
Your psychiatric provider can conveniently send your prescriptions to either your local pharmacy or a mail order pharmacy.
Please note that in order to receive service you must be 18 years or older and physically located in California for all of your appointments. Additionally, we do not provide disability evaluations, worker's compensation, nor ESA letters.
We accepts CIGNA, Anthem Blue Cross PPO, United Healthcare, Optum, United Behavioral Health, UMR, Aetna, Meritain, GEHA, and Humana.
In-network insurance with covered services will be charged according to your insurance benefits if you provide us with your full insurance information. You can provide us with your insurance info when you go to schedule.
If you are self-pay or your insurance plan is out of network, then the self-pay rate is $289 for initial appointments and $159 for follow-up appointments. HSA and FSA are also accepted too for convenience.
