Service Eligibility: Please note that in order to receive service, you must be 18 years or older and physically located in California for all of your appointments. Additionally, we do not provide disability evaluations, workers’ compensation, or ESA letters.

After booking your appointment, you will receive an email containing the link to open your video appointment. If you have any questions between appointments, you can login to the patient portal to message your provider.
You can also use the patient portal to easily send documents to your provider.
Peak Wellness Psychiatry, A Professional Nursing Corporation, accepts CIGNA, Anthem Blue Cross PPO, United Healthcare, Optum, United Behavioral Health, UMR, Aetna, Meritain, GEHA, and Humana. The cash pay rate without insurance or out-of-network insurance is $289 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $159 for follow-up appointments. At the time of booking, you will be able to enter your insurance information. Our billing department will then contact your insurance to obtain eligibility and coverage information.
